Minoxidil is a vasodilator that relaxes (widens) blood vessels and improves blood flow.
Minoxidil is used to treat high blood pressure (hypertension). It is usually given together with two other medications including a diuretic (water pill)
1) Minoxidil without Propylene Glycol does not cause any allergic symptoms (such as reddened scalp, desquamation, folliculitis, oiliness) compared to regular minoxidil solutions (such as Lozenge, Mady, Colan). Too much, the scalp is extremely itchy, hair loss aggravates, etc.).
2) Compared with regular minoxidil solution, the dryness is faster, and ordinary minoxidil contains propylene glycol, which leads to oily hair throughout the day. It can be seen that the used drug, minoxidil without propylene glycol , generally absorbed in 60 minutes and roughly dry.
3) The solution of minoxidil without propylene glycol replaces propylene glycol with glycerin. Glycerin is an essential component of most skin care products and therefore has nourishing and protective effects on the scalp.
